PNP elements of Payao Municipal Police Station led by PMAJ MANOLO T ECHEM, Officer In – Charge with the coordination of MSWD of Municipality of Payao conducted service warrant of arrest against wanted person that resulted in the arrest of one (1) person, male, single, unemployed, and a resident of Prk.7, Brgy. Poblacion, Payao, Zamboanga Sibugay for VIOLATION OF SEC. 4 (a) IN RELATION TO SEC. 5 OF RA. NO.9995 (Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act) Criminal Case No. IM-25-3752 issued by HON. ORWIN LLOYD MONTAJES FAMOR, Assisting Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 31, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay with Bail recommended PHP 42,000.00 pesos.

Arrested suspect was apprised of his constitutional rights under Miranda Doctrine, the cause and nature of his arrest and Anti-Torture Warning Law in the language known and understand by him. Subject person is now under custody of Payao MPS for proper disposition prior turn-over of said warrant to issuing court.
